Email [email protected] with your app version, device model, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not email passport images, MRZ text, booking confirmations, or payment details.
Purchases and sharing
To restore a purchase, open Settings > GateReady Pro > Restore Purchases in the app. Use Manage Subscriptions to manage or cancel a subscription. Trip Pass lasts 30 days and does not renew. Pro and Family are yearly subscriptions that renew automatically. Family purchase sharing does not share flights automatically; flight sharing requires a separate invitation.
Travel guidance
Manual flight entry, flight status, and the document wallet are available for free. A passport chip integrity result does not verify the issuer, your identity, or your eligibility to travel. Follow the official instructions from your airline and the relevant government authorities.
Data sources
This product uses data from ADSB.lol, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Aircraft movement data may be unavailable for some flights or locations.
